Service Description
HeatLab is a workout tracking application for iOS and watchOS that helps you track heated studio workouts, monitor trends, and understand how temperature affects your sessions. The app integrates with Apple HealthKit and stores data on your devices and iCloud account.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use HeatLab. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account and Data
HeatLab does not require you to create an account with us. Your data is stored locally on your devices and synced through your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and devices.
Subscription Terms
HeatLab offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

HeatLab Pro
- Unlimited session history
- Trend analysis and period comparisons
- AI-powered insights (on supported devices)
- Priority support
Pricing
- Monthly: $4.99 USD per month
- Annual: $39.99 USD per year
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Free Trials
If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use HeatLab only for its intended purpose of tracking personal workouts. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent subscription features
- Share subscription access with others
Health Disclaimer
HeatLab is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. The app:
- Does not provide medical advice or diagnoses
- Should not be used to make medical decisions
- Is not a substitute for professional medical advice
Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially heated workouts. If you experience discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
Intellectual Property
HeatLab, including its design, features, and content, is owned by MacPhee Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- HeatLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HeatLab after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
Termination
You may stop using HeatLab at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Governing Law
