Common Issues
Apple Watch not syncing
Make sure HeatLab is installed on your Apple Watch and that both devices are connected to the same iCloud account. Try opening the Watch app to trigger a sync.
No workouts showing up
Check that you've granted HeatLab permission to read workouts from Apple Health. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → HeatLab and enable all permissions.
Temperature not saving
Temperature is only saved when you complete a session. If you force-quit the app during a workout, temperature data may be lost.

Manage Your Subscription
HeatLab subscriptions are managed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select HeatLab
